Fabrication

We're able to accommodate fabrications up to 20,000 lbs!

Flame Cutting

Precision flame cutting using our Koike Aronson Hypertherm HPR260XD high definition plasma torch.  Our max thickness is 1.5" max sheet size 10' x 24'.


Our Oxy/Propane torch is able to cut up to a max thickness of 6". 

Our Equipment

  • 6  Steel Fabrication tables.  2- 10' x 20'
  • International Durastar stake truck with a 8' x 20' flat bed, 12k hauling capacity
  • (4) 5 Ton overhead cranes. 
  • (1) 7.5 Ton overhead crane
  • (1) 10  Ton overhead crane
  • Accupress shear  .25" x 10'
  • Accupress brake press .25" x 10'  250 ton

Machining

Blanchard Grinding

Our Blanchard grinding services in-house are able to accommodate a 36" x 8" tall  work piece. With tolerances of +/-.005 Flat & Parallel.

Milling Machines

We're equipped with a KBC brand CNC Turret milling machine with a "Newall" DP700 digital readout. Machine capacity is 12" x 54".

Turning Centers

Our Cincinnati 18" x 54" Lathe is able to hold tolerances of .0005, for your most precise projects!
